Why a Growth Agency Built a Product
For years, our work with cafés, restaurants, clinics and resorts across Vijayawada, Guntur, Amaravati and coastal Andhra kept hitting the same wall. We'd fix the website, clean up the Google Business Profile, run the ads. Footfall would go up. Reviews wouldn't.
We asked owners why. The answers were almost identical:

What Is ReviewTAG?
ReviewTAG is an AI-powered customer review system that helps businesses collect genuine Google reviews through a physical NFC/QR tag. A customer scans the tag, picks a few highlights from their visit, and AI drafts a natural review they can edit and post to the business's Google profile, with no app download needed.
It comes in two parts:
The hardware: a branded tag your customers tap or scan. Keychain tags, smart cards, acrylic stands and desk pucks, custom-designed with your logo and colours.
The platform: a business dashboard where you set your questions, keywords, tone and language, create QR codes, read private feedback and track review activity.

We designed the whole experience to finish in under a minute. Here's what the customer actually does.
1. Scan the Tag
The customer taps their phone on the NFC tag or scans the QR code. No app, no login, no sign-up. The camera app is enough.
What goes wrong without this: generic printed QR codes often point to a dead or wrong Google link. ReviewTAG links are managed from the cloud, so if your listing changes, you repoint every tag from the dashboard without reprinting anything.
2. Share the Experience
Instead of a blank box, the customer sees simple choices: service, ambience, food, staff, quality, cleanliness. They tap what stood out. It takes a few seconds and it's the part people actually enjoy.
3. AI Writes It
ReviewTAG turns those selections into a natural, readable review in the tone the business has configured. The review reflects what this customer chose. It's their experience, put into words.
4. Review, Edit, Post
The customer reads the draft, changes anything they want, and posts it to your Google Business Profile themselves. Nothing is posted automatically, and nothing is posted without the customer's action.
5. Smart Routing
When a customer rates their visit low, ReviewTAG opens a private feedback form so your manager hears about the problem first and can reach out directly. That gives you a real chance to fix a cold plate or a slow bill before it becomes a lost customer.

No. The AI only drafts a review from the options the customer selects. The customer reads it, edits it if they want, and posts it to Google themselves.
